I really want to plan ahead but how far out should I?

  • The sooner the better. That way we can make sure we have the items you want, as well as the availability for any other services of ours you might need. If you are looking for your wedding, we recommend at least 4 months in advance.

I have an idea of what I want but don’t know how to put it together, can you help?

  • Of course, that is what we are here for! Leave it to the experts. Check the services page for specifics on our design and styling options.

I want the DIY look, can you help me with my custom ideas?

  • Yes, we are happy to work with you to make your event exactly what you envision. Let’s talk! No DIY is to small or large for us. Take a look at the DIY options page for more information.

Am I able to pick up the items?

  • Yes, you may pick up your rental items at a mutually agreed time. Please be prepared to load and unload your own vehicle. If rental items are not picked up and returned at the scheduled time, additional fees will be applied. Note all rental items shall be returned in their original condition and packaging to avoid additional fees.

Are there extra charges for delivery?

  • We gladly offer delivery services within 25 miles of Sullivan, Wisconsin (zip code: 53137). Contact us if you need accommodations for further locations. Additional delivery fees are based on location and range from $25.00 to $75.00.

What if I rent something and break it?

  • If an item does break, is damaged, or lost, the fee is 6 times the rental cost. We reserve the right to determine the fee and charge the credit card on file.

How long is the rental period?

  • Items can be picked up (or delivered) the Thursday or Friday prior to the event and return the items the Sunday or Monday after the event. If these days will not work for you, we can normally adjust and set up specific alternate days.

Do you require a deposit to confirm the rental?

  • Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve our items for your event. We also require a signed rental agreement with credit card information for incidentals.
